Lloyd Allen Butler, O.D.
Lloyd Allen Butler, O.D. is originally from Richlands, NC. He received his
undergraduate degree from University of NC at Wilmington, where he
obtained a bachelor of science in chemistry. He received his doctorate of optometry from Pennsylvania
College of Optometry in Philadelphia. His externships were completed at The Eye
Institute in Philadelphia and at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. Doctor Butler joined Family Eye Care in 2004.
Carol Maruna Smith, O.D.
Carol Maruna Smith, O.D. attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies and received her doctor of optometry from OSU in 1991. She has practiced in surgical settings as well as private practice. Doctor Smith joined Family Eye Care in 2008. She and her husband have three children.
